Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 6 Slices thick-cut bacon cooked and crumbled
  • cup Blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ Small red onion diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • cup Crispy fried onions
For the Dressing
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
