For the Tartlets
- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 4 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
- ½ cup Cranberry sauce fresh, canned, or homemade
- Zest of ½ small orange (about 1 tsp), optional
- 1 Egg beaten (for egg wash)

- Chopped toasted pecans or walnuts
- Fresh thyme or rosemary leaves
- Honey drizzle

Preheat OvenPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare Puff PastryRoll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.Cut into 12 squares (or use mini tartlet pans).Press squares into a greased mini muffin tin or tartlet molds, creating little cups. Assemble the TartletsPlace a small piece of Brie in the bottom of each pastry cup.Mix cranberry sauce with orange zest (optional), then spoon about 1 tsp on top of the Brie.Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish. BakeBake 12–15 minutes, or until puff pastry is golden and Brie is melted.Keep an eye on them, puff pastry can brown quickly. Garnish & ServeRemove from oven and let cool slightly.Optional: sprinkle with toasted nuts, drizzle with honey, or add a few fresh thyme leaves for a pop of color and flavor.Serve warm or at room temperature.
