Ingredients

  • 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 jars (5.75 oz) pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 4 tbsp olive brine
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh black pepper
  • fresh chives, parsley, or extra chopped green olives for garnish

Equipment

  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Knife & cutting board

Method

  1. Cream the Base:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream together until completely smooth. You can use a hand mixer for a fluffier texture or just a sturdy spatula.
  2. Add Seasonings:
Stir in the olive brine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in Olives:
Gently fold in the chopped green olives.
  4. Chill:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  5. Serve:
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs or chopped green olives if desired.
