Method
- Cut the Bread into Flowers Use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to cut out flower shapes from the bread slices. You’ll need 24 pieces total—2 per sandwich. Press firmly for clean edges.
- Make the Garlic Cream SpreadIn a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Spread a thin layer of the garlic cream spread on each bread flower.
- On half of them, layer with a folded slice of deli meat and 1–2 thin cucumber slices.
- Top with a second flower-shaped bread slice, spread-side down.
- Add the Tomato CenterGently press half a cherry tomato into the center of each sandwich and secure with a toothpick. This gives it a beautiful pop of color—just like the center of a real flower!
- Serve or StoreArrange the sandwiches on a tray. If not serving immediately, cover them with a damp paper towel and plastic wrap, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
