Method

  1. Make the Dough
In a large bowl, stir together warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add olive oil, salt, and flour. Mix and knead 7–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1 ½ hours, until doubled.
  2. Prep Garlic Butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan together.
  3. Shape the Dough
Punch down risen dough and roll/stretch into your desired shape.
Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Par-Bake (Optional but Best for Crispness)
Brush the dough with a little garlic butter.
Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes, just until it starts to set.
  5. Assemble the Pizza
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle with mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan.
Layer pepperoni slices evenly across the pizza.
Brush exposed crust edges with garlic butter.
  6. Bake
Return to oven and bake at 450°F for 20-22 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and pepperoni edges curl slightly.
  7. Finish & Serve
Brush crust with remaining garlic butter.
Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
    Slice and enjoy warm!
