- Make the DoughIn a large bowl, stir together warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.Add olive oil, salt, and flour. Mix and knead 7–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1 ½ hours, until doubled.
- Prep Garlic ButterMix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan together.
- Shape the DoughPunch down risen dough and roll/stretch into your desired shape.Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Par-Bake (Optional but Best for Crispness)Brush the dough with a little garlic butter.Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes, just until it starts to set.
- Assemble the PizzaSpread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.Sprinkle with mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan.Layer pepperoni slices evenly across the pizza.Brush exposed crust edges with garlic butter.
- BakeReturn to oven and bake at 450°F for 20-22 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and pepperoni edges curl slightly.
- Finish & ServeBrush crust with remaining garlic butter.Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.Slice and enjoy warm!
