Layered S’mores Dip with Strawberry Slices & Cookie Crumbs

This warm and gooey s’mores dip is a fun twist on the campfire classic! It features a base of melted milk chocolate, topped with fresh strawberry slices and mini marshmallows, then baked until toasty and golden. Once out of the oven, it's finished with crumbled brown butter chocolate chip cookies for a buttery crunch. Serve warm with graham crackers, extra strawberries, cookies, and mini marshmallows for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup Sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup Crushed chocolate chip cookies
  • 1 tbsp Heavy cream optional, for smoother chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Butter for greasing dish

  • Heat proof bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Lightly grease a small baking dish or skillet with butter.
  2. Melt the chocolate:
    In a heatproof bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and heavy cream (if using) in 20-second bursts, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Layer 1 – Chocolate base:
    Pour the melted chocolate into your prepared dish and spread evenly.
  4. Layer 2 – Strawberries:
    Evenly layer sliced strawberries over the chocolate.
  5. Layer 3 – Marshmallows:
    Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Don’t skimp—they’ll get toasty and golden!
  6. Bake:
    Place the dish in the oven for 5–7 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
  7. Top with cookie crumbs:
    Let cool slightly, then sprinkle generously with crumbled brown butter chocolate chip cookies for crunch and flavor.
  8. Serve warm
    with graham crackers, strawberries, or more cookies for dipping.
