Roasted Asparagus with Honey and Thyme

Roasted Asparagus with Honey and Thyme is a simple, bright side dish that adds freshness and balance to any meal. The asparagus is tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roasted at high heat until tender with lightly crisped tips. While still warm, it’s finished with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of fresh thyme, creating a subtle glaze that enhances the vegetable’s natural flavor without overpowering it.
