Ingredients

  • cups White chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Almond extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • cup Holiday sprinkles (jimmies style recommended so they don’t bleed)
For Topping
  • Additional sprinkles

Equipment

  • 8x8 Baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Medium saucepan
  • Spatula or wooden spoon
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Sharp knife

Method

  1. Prep the Pan
Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt
In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium-low heat.
Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted, do not let it boil.
  3. Flavor
    Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
  4. Stir in Sprinkles
Let the mixture cool for 1 minute, then fold in sprinkles to prevent too much color bleed.
  5. Spread & Chill
Pour the fudge into the lined pan and smooth the top.
Add more sprinkles over the surface.
Refrigerate 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Slice & Serve
Remove from the pan using the parchment edges and cut into 1–inch squares.
