Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken about 1 whole breast and 1 thigh
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Celery stalk finely chopped
  • 2 Green onion sliced thin
  • ¼ cup Dried cranberries chopped if large
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Shred the chicken:
    Pull the meat from your rotisserie chicken and shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the dressing:
    In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill.
  3. Add the mix-ins:
    Mix in the celery, green onion, and dried cranberries.
  4. Combine:
    Fold in the shredded chicken and stir until well coated.
