- 1 oz Fresh tomato juice
- ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of sea salt
- dash Hot sauce optional

Make the juice: Blend or muddle ripe cherry or plum tomatoes, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to get about 1 oz of smooth tomato juice. Shake it up: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain & serve: Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish: Top with your tomato-basil skewer or float a delicate tomato slice on the surface. Add a light pinch of flaky salt if you're feeling extra.
