- Make the wonton cups: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press wonton wrappers into a mini muffin tin. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool completely.
- Prepare the whipped feta: In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy. Season with black pepper.
- Assemble the cups: Spoon or pipe whipped feta into cooled wonton cups. Top with cucumber ribbons or slices. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and nuts (if using).
- Finish with a drizzle of hot honey:Just before serving for a sweet-spicy finish that wakes everything up.
