Ingredients
  

The Base
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup sharp white cheddar shredded
  • ½ cup dill pickles chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
The Dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken, white cheddar, chopped pickles, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl.
  3. Gently fold everything together until the chicken and cheese are evenly coated in the dressing.
  4. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  5. For the best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
